The Graduate Program in Veterinary Medicine is granted with postdoctoral fellowships (PNPD) from the Brazilian Agency named CAPES (http://www.capes.gov.br/bolsas/bolsas-no-pais/pnpd-capes), which are granted to students who are selected in the admission process. The admission process is open from time to time and prospective students are selected based on quality of their research proposal, interview and CV.

Aims of PNPD/Capes

I – To promote high quality research studies;

II – To strengthen nacional research groups;

III – To improve Graduate Programs in research and educational institutes;

IV – To promote exchange of ideas and projects between Brazilian and foreign researchers in Graduate Programs.
